My Why
I am a professional with more than twenty years of experience in higher education, teaching, training and development. I focus on career, professional and leadership development with current students, recent graduates and professionals that are focused on a career change. My specialized areas of focus are pharmacy, biotech, healthcare professions and biomedical engineering.
As a recruiter for a health system, I repeatedly witnessed applicants make the same mistakes at recruiting events, on resumes and during interviews. They were doing the best they knew how and I could tell they were never taught best practices. Career CRISPR is my way to teach these best practices so you do not make the same mistakes and differentiate yourself from your competition.
So why create Career CRISPR? Because I enjoy working with someone who is nervous, confused about what to do or how to move forward and at the end of that same conversation they walk away with confidence and a plan of action for immediate implementation. My goal is to help you see your own potential and to develop confidence in yourself to help you develop personally and professionally. That is my why.
